Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the manufacturing, OEM/ODM, and wholesale services provided by Yome Group ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all global brands, distributors, importers, and B2B partners. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

3. OEM / ODM & Customization Services

We provide end-to-end customization for nonwoven fabrics, disposable personal care products, beauty salon disposables, cotton products, and wooden applicators.

• Intellectual Property: Clients requesting custom logo printing, specific formulas, or branded packaging must hold the necessary rights or licenses. Yome Group assumes no liability for IP infringement arising from client-supplied designs or specifications.
• Sample Approval: Mass production will only commence upon the client's formal written approval of pre-production samples. Any changes requested after sample approval may incur additional costs and lead time delays.
• Manufacturing Tolerances: Due to the nature of producing nonwoven materials and cotton products, slight variations in GSM (weight), color, and dimensions may occur within acceptable international industry standards.

4. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) and Pricing

• MOQ Requirements: MOQs vary depending on the product category, material composition, and level of customization. Specific MOQs will be clearly detailed in your official quotation.
• Quotation Validity: Prices quoted are generally valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on significant fluctuations in raw material costs or currency exchange rates.

5. Quality Assurance and Claims

With over 10 years of export experience, we maintain strict quality control throughout partial in-house production and final assembly. However, in the event of a discrepancy:

• Claims regarding product quality, defect rates exceeding industry norms, or quantity shortages must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the shipment arriving at the destination port.
• Clear photographic/video evidence and batch numbers must accompany any claim to facilitate our internal investigation.
• Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement of defective goods or issuing a credit note for the value of the defective items. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

6. Certifications and Import Compliance

While Yome Group provides CE, ISO 9001, and SGS test reports for our standard materials, it is the sole responsibility of the importer/buyer to ensure that customized products, packaging, and labeling comply with all local regulations, safety standards, and customs requirements of the destination country (e.g., specific EU or US market regulations).
